Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and click on 'Add to Basket'. You will be asked to confirm the ordered item is correct. You can check and amend your purchases at any time by clicking on 'check basket' button before completing your order. You can then continue shopping or if you are finished, click on the 'checkout' button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept card payments from VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. payments. We use Sage Pay's systems encryption using 128-bit SSL certificates to collect your payment details safely and securely.

We also accept Paypal payments

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and we must be notified in writing by e/mail or letter to approve authorisation within 7 days.

On returning cricket bats due to breakage the bat will be will be inspected and then forwarded to the manufacturer for their inspection and wait for them to contact us with their assessment whether it be repair or replace. This depends on use, quality of cricket balls used and age of bat. We stand by their decision as being final whether it be free of repair, replacement (same or greater in value) or charging for services.

Please note that due to changes in manufacturer's specifications from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.

Shipping and Handling

We only able to accept orders from and ship to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland.

Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered address.... apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this causes.

Delivery Schedule

We acknowledge receipt of all orders by e-mail within a few working hours of receipt.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days of receipt (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). We will advise you of any possible further delays when acknowledging receipt of your order.

UK mainland deliveries are made using a Courier (delivered next weekday after dispatch) Smaller items may be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service All deliveries require a signature upon delivery please.

Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to the card billing name and address.

Back Orders In the event that your item(s) is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be given the option of a similar alternative product or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We aim for total customer satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in it's original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.
Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

Returns Policy

Items that have been embroidered or printed for you are non- returnable and non- exchangeable unless faulty.

Should any goods that have not been embroidered or printed to your specification not be the correct size or colour, we offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order.
